Parking bus for Euro Truck Simulator 2

Mod corrects the behavior of buses in the game, so instead of mindless running on the roads the buses periodically stop on the spot.
Work a fashion is guaranteed in the maps, which have these stops.
Test version 1.27, 1.28, 1.30.0.16 s.
