Compark R-TXD for GTA 3

New textures for the City Park on the island of Staunton. All textures are high resolution and good quality. It was also fixed texture mapping on the monument in the middle of the Park. There are IIP-EI levels.

Modification is part of a larger project-GTA3: Kostygov Edition.

The installation is successful and enjoyable game!
