Niko open an umbrella when the rain comes.
He detects the weather, and detects whether there is a roof.
If you want to open an umbrella, press open key manually.

This mod required:

Net Script Hook if you use the patch 1.0.4.0, Net Script Hook if you use the patch 1.0.1.0 - 1.1.2.0
