This script increases and decreases the speed of the vehicles.

Management:

* 1 key-activate/deactivate script
* key 2-decrease speed
* key 3-speed

This mod required:

Net Script Hook if you use the patch 1.0.4.0, Net Script Hook if you use the patch 1.0.1.0 - 1.1.2.0
