Radar FIX DYOM for GTA San Andreas

Certainly, playing some DYOM mission, many of you have encountered the problem of the disappearance of the radar. During the passage had to open map in the menu and navigate to it, which is extremely uncomfortable.
This fix corrects this bug. With this script the radar will always remain in place and will not disappear.
Tip: to avoid the bug with radar at the beginning of the mission put the player on the street, and then teleportirujte it into the Interior.
