Kite for GTA San Andreas

MOD adds the ability to run a kite in GTA San Andreas.
Several types of kites: red, blue, and with the logo of the rocstar.
Snake can be found on the hill near the beach
You can take it in your hand (tab key). That would start a snake hold fire. Control the kite hard. You need to catch the wind, running around in circles, etc.
