FIX Teargas for GTA San Andreas

The script fixes a minor bug game developers. Now tear gas grenades damage and on our main character, similar to other pedam c-Jay will cough and choke.

Because now, you should be careful to use this weapon. If the grenade proved you right under your feet, you have in store a few seconds to run off to a safe distance.

The script does not cause problems in SA-MP because this bug is already Hudson base, the script simply will not start if you go in multiplayer.
