New villa for CJ

WillA CJ-I-another big idea from me, adding in the San Andreas new Lair for Karl. The idea is to shield the Cj-I've from city life and even village. Settle it in the not too distant place from civilization. Here's the modification carried out to some extent this idea and added Mansion (Villa) for cj-I. Made through a "map editor" fully and has quite decent and unusual look. There is a garage, living room, patio, everything you need away from the city.
