* Blustin Fools Records [new gang in san andreas] for GTA San Andreas

In Alpha versions of the game Gta: san andreas was a band called Fools * Blustin Records. Few people have heard about it, but for unknown reasons, the band was cut from the game. Their territory was the market. They helped the poor and kopam, so were the main enemies of the rest of the gang.
I was able to find the gang. You can meet members of the gang in their territory. They have a negative view towards Sidžeû. And most importantly-gang does not replace existing ones, and doesn't spoil the game!
