Searchlights for GTA San Andreas

The script adds a moving light lighthouse on the beach in Los Santos. It also adds the light at the top of the pyramid in Las Venturase (like in this hotel-the pyramid in Las Vegas). The effect depends on your particle.txd. The script works not only with the standard model of the lighthouse.
