Vano wore "wind of freedom" of S.T.A.L.K.E.R. for GTA San Andreas

Vano is a fictional character in S.T.A.L.K.E.R.: call of Pripyat, is friendly, upbeat and cheerful stalker mom from the station "Yaniv". Vano left at army depots, to "freedom", where the ease of nature and optimism quickly earned universal sympathy. In the end, he led a small group of researchers, which was engaged in the study of anomalies.
