This Helmet when equipped gives your character evil effects.

When put on your character gets glowing red eyes as well as a black corrupted mist or smoke coming off of your character.

As soon as you enter Bleak Falls Barrow southwest of Whiterun there is a wraith that is holding the Helm Of Evil.
