The player's abilities for GTA San Andreas

It's another script, giving the player unusual abilities, sometimes resembling cheats, places-magic and Magic (the in-game help available). I've done it on personal request, and the script went quite stable and good. Because I myself am continuing to use it, for example when testing other works, decided to share with you. Perhaps someone will come in handy too, despite the abundance of such mods. Skripteram may be interested in the code, where is working with memory addresses, constants, scm functions, dynamic texts, etc., and also takes account of the different States of a hero/transport (for example, only 1 key on foot and there are four methods texts: health, armor, health and armor, nothing is needed).
