San Fierro Flats (Band) for GTA San Andreas

According to some rumors, in the process of developing the game Ballas wanted to do Orange and called Flats. About true or not, I don't know, but I decided to make a mod that adds a new gang with that name and symbols. This time I made for myself for the first time a model is not a replacement, and to add (but more than 2 PCs without limits changes cannot be added, and it is a pity).

Banda is located on West San Fierro (Ocean Flats, Palisades, to City Hall, Paradiso, and others, see map). Gang members are African Americans (do not know how this is neat, but kinda like it), go to Glendale and Sabre, dressed in dark clothes with the Orange bandanami.
