Officer Pendelberri for GTA San Andreas

Ralph Pendelberri-Los Santos police officer, mentioned several times in the early GTA SA, and also appeared in the movie the GTA SA Introduction. Jimmy Hernandez, was killed on the orders of Tenpenny.
In the film Pendelberri appeared with his face, but here it is normal and without blood. Ped is made in SA-style, so the quality of textures and polygon does not shine.
